Fuck you Mt.pleasant court system

Derek went to court today and it didnt go smoothly...He now is wearing a teather for god knows how long...I cant beleive this is happening. He got one DUI and drank on probation and this is what kind of treatment he is gettin! its fucking insane. He has to go back to court on my bday to most likely get charged with more shit. The judge was a totally asshole. Hes not doing so good, and i am trying to cheer him up...I didnt even go tailgating today, because i felt so bad. The first year he comes to central and now all this shit..... I just dont understand mt.pleasant and how they treat different people. Dereks friend got three DUI's and he finally got a teather on his THIRD one and dereks got one and just because he violated probation they have to be double assholes.

Went to okellys lastnight with the roomates and everyone from E. Great time and great people. I had a great time and these old guys kept giving us shots. Amy puked on the way home...I havent been to work in a long time, but coming there on Sunday to Host. Its the only day that i can work. i guess i could start working saturdays.

Anyways, movie night. God i feel like my life is going to be very boring now because i just feel bad if i drink. Maybe its a good thing, i need to slow down before the big day....10 more days til im 21!
